Returning Items Purchased Online: Navigating the Process
Summary: dalsw1nt0n is seeking advice on returning a pair of trousers purchased through eBay from CU Clothing Unit at Bury, as they could not find detailed return instructions or contact information. They are not very tech-savvy and are looking for simple, step-by-step guidance on making returns and handling situations where contacting the seller is challenging.
Hi everyone,
I came across a challenge recently and could really use some community guidance. I purchased a pair of Carabou Moleskin Trousers from CU Clothing Unit at Bury through eBay and need to return them. However, I haven’t found any detailed instructions on obtaining a return label or any contact information for assistance. As someone who's not very computer savvy, I’m struggling a bit.
I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could offer some simple, step-by-step advice on how to make this return. Have you had any similar experiences? How did you manage? What should someone look out for when trying to return items bought online, especially when direct contact with the seller seems difficult?
Looking forward to your insights!
Thank you!
Mike Thomas

Mentor3 weeks agoClick on the "More actions" dropdown menu arrow for the item on your purchase history page, and select "Return this item". If the reason you want to return it is because there is something wrong with it that was not described select "Item didn't match description". You will then receive a link to a postage label paid for by the seller.
If you are sending it back because you have changed your mind, ie. it doesn't fit, you willl pay for the label yourself. Either way you print the label and send the item. When the tracking shows it's back with the seller a refund will be issued.
