Returning Incorrect Item
Hi!
I received an incorrect order and, after eBay stepped in, have now received a refund. They have suggested returning the incorrect items to the seller, but that to do this I have to click the item in my purchases and choose the return option. However, I didn’t order these items as they are incorrect.
What item should I click on for starting a return? I wouldn’t be returning an item I bought, as I didn’t receive them in the first place.
