Returning Faulty electronic Vapes

Why is it that this has become the norm when you buy through eBay and your item becomes defunct after 3 months that you are screwed ?
The 30 day money back is probably the biggest joke of all .
90 days …. Well my electronic vape battery decided to give up after 90 days ( bought in April , failed in late August )
So , it’s not the money I paid for it , it’s the fact there is 0 compassion to the customer after the purchase .

Why and how does a factory made component?become useless after 3/4 months , and why the hell don’t eBay help you anymore ?
I’m just so annoyed.
EBay send you round in circles trying to get an answer to a question .

I’m paying you for a product that fails and I’m expected to just say , ok well .
Complete joke .
I’ve had these batteries for 5 years plus and have to replace eventually- acceptable.
But not 3/4 months .
Throw away and start again .
Rubbish , just company’s don’t want to hear your problems after your purchase .
Online purchases have become a major issue in this country .
Were is our protection?
If I made something, I’d surely want it to last more than 3/4 months .

Would you buy from a shop that stated this?? Yet you chose to accept these risks and buy your vapes from unknown sellers on eBay. You also accepted that eBay's own money back guarantee only lasts for 30 days.

OP3 weeks agoIf I went into a shop and bought the same item , and it failed , I would go back to that shop .
That shop , would definitely honour it .

These only apply if it was UK business.
Your payment provider may help.
