Returning an item that i have already received a refund for

Question

i have recently been issues a refund for an item i purchased as it was a fake counterfeit item.

the refund has already been issued and the funds sent back to my paypal account, however the seller is requesting i send the item back but has not issued me with a return label. do i have to send the item back and pay myself or should the seller send me a label and pay the costs themselves?

i have included an image of the message i have for returning the item but there is no label attached

When a refund is issued without return ebay assumes seller does not want it back and a return postage label can no longer be issued via ebay.

If the seller wants you to send it back they must send you a paid-for postage label upfront. They can buy one online and send you the QR code to take to your post office, or you can print the label from it.
