Mentor5 months agoMy relative had damaged/faulty items delivered and her camera had packed up. She contacted eBay CS and asked what to do. They issued a return label and issued a refund when the item was received by the Seller.

Mentor5 months agoI presume you have tried opening a Not as Described case? I do not see why ebay are involved as this is between you and the seller, unless you are claiming damaged in transit, when assuming seller used Simple Postage ebay is responsible for making any refund.

·5 months agoYou do have to add a photo to the Ebay case.
If you can't add a photo you have taken, you could use one copied and pasted from the original listing.
You do have items listed so you should be familiar with taking and uploading a photo.
