Returning an item
I am trying to return a faulty fridge and I have started the return process. When I have tried to get a return label it is saying that I have already shipped the item. Silly because it is still in my living room. What can I do do ? Evri is a waste of time.

Mentor2 weeks agoYou may need to contact CS on this one so they can issue you the correct label.
You need to goto the help pages and click the right area and then keep typing contact agent.
