Returning an item
The seller agreed to the return, I printed off the label as instructed and posted it back, but the system hasn't updated to say its been posted and keeps telling me to post it again. Needless to say the seller says he hasn't received the item back after 14 days. How do you update the system? I thought printing the label would do that and can't see any other way to show its been posted.
