I purchased 8 oral b heads new in packaging. I started to use one of the heads and then realised it felt wierd, vibrated more than usual. I then checked the packing and head and realised their were tell tale signs it was fake, bad printing on packaging, faded logo on item slight different proportions. My question is will I still get a refund even if I partially used one the the eight heads and opened the packaging? I had no idea they were fake until I used one of the items. thank you.
