Returned item under warranty
I purchased something, the item has failed. I am outside the return window. I have already contacted the seller. They told me to return it and they will refund me. I have returned the item and now they are ignoring my messages. They said they would refund me within 48 hours. It has been over 10 days. I cannot get through to Ebay no matter how I try it is all automated and it ends the call. What do I do now? The item is still under warranty

Mentor1 week agoEbay only protects for 30 days, once past that time they are not interested.
More to the point, you have nothing to return or to use the warranty, why ever didn’t you read the ebay 30 day money back guarantee, once past 30 days you could have contacted your payment provider who usually offer 120 days.
Do not waste your time trying to contact ebay. Never rely on promises! Always use proper ebay procedures!
