Returned item not acknowledged
Guys , i ordered a watch which was very nice but too small. I applied to return however the label was not one I could use in the uk. I have contacted seller and returned it to address on label at my own expense . I have messaged seller at every juncture with no reply . Ebay still messages saying i have not returned the item which is obviously because I did not use the return label.
is there anyoneI can contact to assist in finding out of item has been received and refund is coming as seller has not responded? Thanks

·10 months agoCheck the tracking shows the seller has received the item back.
Then, contact Ebay Customer Services and ask them to update the tracking and facilitate your refund.

OP10 months agohaving sent it at own expense . I was sent a USPS return label which is not
useable in UK you see. But i will follow your advice thanks again
