Returned item delivered but not received
My buyer requested a return & sent the item back to me. Tracking says the item has been delivered but I haven't received it. I haven't had to handle a refund before so I looked to the help pages for advice & was told to refund the buyer so I have but now I don't seem to be able to ask eBay to step in to help further.

Mentor3 months agoebay will go by the tracking. All you can do is ask your neighbours in case it was delivered to the wrong place.
