Returned item
Summary: A participant opened a discussion titled "Returned item" but only non-substantive "None" messages were posted across all participants involved, including kelham2010, **peaseblossom**, and *vyolla*, with no further dialogue or actual content being shared or discussed.
I sold an item in Feb but after 3 failed attempts to deliver to the buyers house the item was returned to me(I didn't know until it turned up on my doorstep). Mid april the buyer contacted me to say did not receive item and i informed they had tried several times to deliver(with proof) and to raise with ebay, the buyer has now contacted me again today nearly another month later with a stroppy message saying ebay have said i need to refund. Now I know i have the item and can just resell and block buyer but whats your thoughts on this?

Mentor4 months agoYou have 90 days to issue a refund via eBay, if you're still in time to do this I'd do it now.

Mentor4 months agoIf they don't have the item you should refund their money (via the dropdown menu for the item on your orders list).
