HI all
i have had a business account for 3 years , i have had a item returned that was faulty , i have no issue with this the buyer gets a refund , the item was £69.99 that was refunded by ebay - the issue ihave is that ebay have not credited me the £9.81 in fees they took of me for selling the item on ebay is this correct , if a item is returned surly ebay should not keep this , i am now closing my account

Mentor6 months agoIf the buyer had to escalate the return for ebay to resolve I don't think you get the fees back.
