Good morningBought 2 new Samsung phones for my parents as theirs are old and 3g. My mums phone died last week, and she went and bought a new phone from Curry's without saying anything to me. I then opened a return for one of the phones I bought as it says on listing returns are accepted, still sealed in box etc and sent it back well packaged a week ago. Seller received it Saturday, but no refund. Seller has now asked ebay to review the case. Is this normal? TIA
