Returned a faulty fitness watch 3 weeks ago, seller claims not to have got it so won’t refund.
Went through the trouble of getting this envelope weighed at the post office to make sure the correct postage was paid. The seller says they can’t refund me till they get it. Does it take over 3 weeks to mail an envelope to an address in the same city? I didn’t pay for tracking as
1. watch was faulty, who would want to nick it.
2. it would have cost more than the cheap watch.
I don’t believe the seller has not received it.

·11 months agoTo receive a refund you'd have had to return the item via the ebay money back guarantee, if you simply posted it untracked there's no way to force the seller to refund.
