Hi dear! I heve an order that the client didn’t received and the InPost send it back to me, the client wants the item but want to be send from other company like Royal Mail or evri how can I change it on the app so a can make a new label.

Probably easiest to buy postage at PO.

Up to you if you charge buyer for new postage, but you can't do it through ebay.
