Return Tracking hasn’t updated
I have bought a faulty item and was issued a label by the seller to return the item using parcel force. I took the parcel to post office and dispatched it and have a receipt.
However on eBay it still hasn’t updated that it has been dispatched and it’s been 48hrs.
It still says return item by 26th September, which obviously I have.
Does anyone know what I should do?
I’m worried I won’t get my refund.
