It is not clear what you mean. If you opened a return case, what sort was it, item not as described or a change of mind return.
The first the seller has to supply you with a return label, he has to accept this sort of return, the second you have to pay return postage but a private seller does not have to accept this sort of return.
If seller sent you a return label, on return to seller and tracking should show this, then seller refunds. Keeping auiet is rather pointless as YOU escalate the case to ebay, who tske over and refund st seller’s expense.
I suggest you read and understand how returns work, buyers can only lose if they do not follow instructions.
