Mentor1 week agoOnce ebay case is closed, it can't be reopened.
Your payment provider may help.
If UK business seller, contact citizens advice.

Mentor1 week agoIf you didn't open an official return case on ebay and it's still within 30 days of the delivery date you can stilll open one using the reason "Item didn't match description". You do that via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your purchase history page. If necessary escalate it after 3 complete working days.

OP1 week agoBecause the item was returned (supposedly repaired) and it worked initially I was asked to cancel the return. But the next day it stopped working again and I can't re-open return

That's why on eBay it's usually better to request a refund than a replacement. Then you can order another one, if you still want it, and start again with a new, 30 day guarantee.
