I bought a gaming pc and returned it today, Royal Mail has already confirmed delivery is due on Tuesday 10th March.

but eBay hasn’t updated the system at all, anyone know how long this takes?

as it says send it back by march 9 and if I try to speak to an agent, it doesn’t have live chat (been trying since 1pm today)

Did you use ebay supplied label?

Ebay system can be slow to update,

Check tomorrow.

Did you pay for the label and send the item back without using a label provided through Ebay?

If you did, then you need to go to the open return case and add the tracking.
