48hr tracking used the label eBay provided but tracking shows in still waiting to go to local delivery office, how can I resolve please

Mentor3 months agoWhat does the tracking say if you goto the Royal Mail website, ignoring eBays, which can be a bit slap hazard and slow to update, this though may be due to RM who may have not sent their updates across to ebay yet.
