Return Request
I've a return request open and eBay stated we usually get back to you in 48 hours. It's been longer than 48 hours and I can't find anything to to contact them other than AI assistant. Help please

Mentor3 weeks agoOpening a return case is between buyer and seller. Ebay only gets involved if seller does not respond in three days, and buyer escalates on day 4.
If you have contacted ebay outside the case, they will not come back to you as the system is already in place and it is up to buyer to use it properly.

Usually there is no input from eBay , until further action is taken, but a case opened awaits the seller's input.
If you are the buyer opening a return case, and have sent back the item, then after receipt of their item, the seller has 48 hours to refund you.
If they don't you need to escalate the case to eBay , they step in and force the refund.
