I bought a Maxillise head shaver in February but the refund request bit is on more actions and the seller says I need to get in contact with eBay but I just keep going around in circles

Mentor3 months agoYou are far too late to claim any refund from eBay, as they have a 30 day MBG, Money Back Guarantee policy.
If 120 days have passed from purchase date you may be too late to claim from your payment provider too.
If purchased from a registered UK business, who offered a guarantee and is now not upholding this, then turn to Citizens Advice for your next steps, if you wish to take this further.
