There are very few situations where ebay allows you not to return it. Smelling bad isn't one of those.

Mentor10 months agoIf RM have refused this item to be posted, you need to contact Customer Services and explain the situation, see what they say, hopefully they will action a refund.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Mentor10 months agoI don't think ebay would expect you to return it so contact CS n this link: eBay Customer Service
Open a return ton start with using "Notnas described" . Your seller might just refund you without return but if not contact CS on the link given.
