Return reason
I've had 2 return requests for items bought with simple delivery, I've tried finding the reason as to why the return has been processed as I've checked with evri and everything has gone perfect, I've messaged the seller but getting no answer. Is there anyway I can get an answer as to why this has been returned?

Mentor10 months agoHave the items actually come back yet? If not it could be part of the current Simple Delivery glitch that's going on and not real returns at all.

OP10 months agoI've not had anything come back as of yet, no response from the buyer either to suggest an issue with the order so it could be but I have had notification come through that eBay has returned funds

Mentor10 months agoHas ebay refunded from you or themselves? If there's a loss or damage problem with a Simple Delivery item it should have come from them.
