Return postage included on refund incorrectly
I agreed to a return because the buyer selected the wrong item but in the refund it is included the postage refund even though it was not my fault. The buyer agrees it should only be the item itself refunded but I can't seem to amend. Any help please?

The buyer should pay to send the item back but you should refund all of their original payment.
You could have refused the return if the item was bought in error.

If it was buyer change of mind, they pay return postage.

OP6 months agoThanks for the quick reply. I accepted the return not knowing this. The buyer did just change her mind and was not expecting any postage refund. Is there any way to correct this? Thanks.
