Return Postage assistance (for the seller, aka me)
I sold an item, a record with an image of damage, description and additional details not to expect an immaculate copy even though the item was sealed.
The buyer wanted to cancel the order after 3 weeks of receipt I agreed and a refund has been issued. I did not agree to the buyer keeping the item, and he has agreed to return, in fact he is the one who has chased me up. How do I set about sending him a return postage label - the system does not appear to allow me. the return is cordial and the comments are only highlighted as background. I need to send him a label so he can retunr the item to me.
Repayment occured today, agreed yesterday.
