Return Postage
Hi,
I received a laptop bag that was not the size I ordered, so I requested a return as the item "didn't fit" and I am expected to pay the return cost. Can I contact Ebay Customer Services directly, instead of speaking to a "bot".
Any help please.
Regards
Kevin.

·11 months agoWrong size/doesn't fit is considered a change of mind return. (Buyer pays for return.)
If the bag was wrongly described, you needed to use a reason that indicated the item was 'not as described'. (Seller pays for return.)
You can try Customer Services and explain the issue and see if they could possibly change the reason for return.
You can use the link below to get a callback but I would suggest you try in the morning as you are more likely to speak to CS in Dublin.

OP11 months agoThank you very much for your assistance, I have been very busy today but
will try your link tomorrow. I will let you know how I get on. I have
sent the seller two messages and have had no response, and the item was
supposedly shipped from France but the return looks like it will be China.
Thank you again.
Kevin.

Mentor11 months agoDoes not fit return means you pay return postage.
You should have opened not as described case, then seller provides postage label.
Unfortunately you can only open 1 case, so unless seller is willing to refund your postage, you will have to yourself.
