Item came late and when opened (a fridge for a motorhome) was seriously damaged, after a nightmare trying to get seller to agree to a return, they sent me a return label to send it back, it’s not been collected yet and it’s been 2 days, what do I do now? It’s with evri so I could take to a drop off place but where is that to me I have no idea, seller has stopped answering messages now it’s a joke I want my money back it’s nearly £400 I don’t know what to do next. Is there no way of getting in contact with eBay about this? Im sure the way the sellers been they’ll say they haven’t had it back even if they do to be honest, its a nightmare.

Mentor5 months agoEbay supplied labels are not usually collection items.
Go to Evri website and find drop off shops, due to size not all shops will accept it though.
If in doubt contact eBay CS.
