Return not showing on eBay portal

Hi,

I have processed a return on eBay & delivered the parcel to my local Post Office a couple of days ago. The tracking shows it's been delivered at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/PBUF5622611001 Any idea why eBay doesn't show that this has been posted yet? Thanks.

Did you pay for the label or did the seller supply the label through the case?

If the seller supplied the label, check the tracking number showing on the case is the same as the one you have used to check delivery.
