Return label not suitable for parcel.
Summary: pedro_the_man faced an issue with an unsuitable return label provided by eBay for a large item. eBay had stepped in to cover the return postage after a complaint about a mismatched item description. A participant advised pedro_the_man to contact eBay Customer Services to explain the situation, suggesting using the app for a callback or navigating through AI prompts to reach live chat support.
Hi,
I'm sending a large item back and Ebay stepped in so I didn't need to pay for return postage after I complained about the item description no matching what I received and have given me a Royal mail returns QR code, the code is second class and doesn't cover that size of parcel.
The seller is being really dry and not giving me any real option apart from contacting Ebay, I have tried the Ai which is getting me no where. Does anyone know where to go from here.
Thanks Peter.

I’ve found that the best route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below where you can call them or request a call back if you’re using the app (if you’re using desktop you’ll need to go round the houses with AI and start a chat then keep typing ‘agent’ until you get the option to live chat with a CS rep or to have a call back):
