Return label not accepted by Post Office
Hi
I live on the Isle of Man, and I bought an item on eBay on the 22nd of January.
I need to return this item but due to Isle of Man Post Office not accepting eBay return labels, I do not know how to return this item through the eBay automated return process as after selecting the reason for return, I am transferred to a page to select postage but this postage is not valid at my post office.
I have contacted the seller on the 3rd of February to request a refund and explain the situation. But I have not heard back from the seller.
so I just wondered how do I proceed when the seller is not responding? And the Returns labels are not accepted by my Post Office?
TIA for responses as I’m really stuck on what to do
