Return item damaged
Address for customer help_uk.@ebay.com comes up incorrect. So cannot send the photos or details of item had 2emails one from Rituraj S and from Audrey. The complaint number is 1-506833252475 I am very stressed over this lack of being able to contact customer service my age of 74 and my health have made this a massive ordeal. My order was for hair mousse. I will have to take this as a loss unless someone in eBay can please

Mentor3 weeks agoYou need to open an official 'Return' (damaged) case within 30 days from item receipt through eBay (seller can't refuse same) and escalate opened case on day 4 onwards --- follow case to completion and do not close on any requests received from seller >
