Hi everyone, I want to return my e-cycle, but I can’t find any option to start the return process, and the return option isn’t opening. Could someone please guide me on how I can return it? I also need the return label or instructions for sending it back. Kindly help me with the return process. Thank you.

Mentor2 weeks agoIt would help us to help you if you explain why you want to return this e-bike, also when and how you paid and when you received it. Also whether the seller is a UK registered business seller (only business sellers are allowed to sell e-bikes here).
