RETURN ISSUE
Return problem.
I purchased a product and by mistake ordered the wrong item. I want to return it but seller says must go through eBay returns. Did this and only option was for Royal Mail to collect but at the onset they said no more than 2kg. This item is much bigger however I still filled in all the details and left it outside for royal mail to collect on the off chance they would. Unsurprisingly they refused it but instead of noting on their system too big to collect, they noted it was not available to collect. There are no other options for return , the return request is still open and cannot speak to a human! Any ideas please!!🙏
