Return issue.

Question

I purchased an item, which arrived & on first inspection I was happy. However, when properly inspected I found it was damaged. I messaged the seller saying I was happy to return for a refund but they seem to be denying the item was damaged. I had a closer look at the photos on the sellers page & you can now clearly see the photos have been altered in exactly the same positions to hide the damage. What can I do?

Open an eBay return, select 'item is defective' as the reason.
