Return issue
Summary: vintage-watchhub is seeking advice on eBay return policies after a buyer requested to return an item 14 days after delivery because they "didn't like it." john1297576 mentioned that as a Business Seller, eBay requires acceptance of any return request, with the buyer covering return postage. vintage-watchhub wanted clarification on whether they must issue a refund in this situation.
Hi everyone,
I sold an item on eBay, and it was delivered to the buyer 14 days ago. After 14 days, the buyer opened a return request with the reason "Didn't like it." eBay automatically accepted the return request.
I would like to know if I am required to issue a refund in this situation, or if there is any way to challenge or prevent the refund based on the buyer's reason. Has anyone experienced something similar? I would appreciate any advice or guidance.
Thank you!

Mentor1 week agoAre you not aware that as a Business Seller you have to accept any return, in this case buyer pays return postage.
