Return issue
Hi there I purchased an iPad for my daughter end of December I think it was for her 3 rd birthday 1/2/ 2026
i received the item no problem but unfortunately iv noticed the iPad has started to curve /bend an the battery has become very poor, iv messaged the seller and they’ve stated to start a return request via eBay but as I go to do this states it’s passed the return window what do I need to do?
also the iPad as a 12 month warranty on it

Mentor4 months agoI'm afraid it's too late to do anything about it on ebay. They only allow 30 days for claims and don't get involved with warranties. If it's more than 120 days it's also too late for payment providers such as banks, etc.. You could try money claim online:
https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/web/mcol/welcome
You might still have time with your payment provider if you contact them right away. So try that first.
