Return help needed
Hi i need help please. I ordered one stick for camera this product supposed to come on time but it didn’t come on time . Then the quality is very cheap and poor i need to return it . They are not giving me the return label amd also not giving me my refund
they said its on original pack but i didn’t find it anywhere.
how will i get my money please help me

If you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery, proceed this way:
Go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select Return this item. Select the reason Item Not as Described >> Does Not Match Description or Photos. The seller needs to either refund you in 3 days, or issue a pre paid return label for the return of their item. Once the item is received, they have 48 hours to refund you.
If this doesn't happen, you need to escalate to eBay, eBay step in and force the refund.
Listen to no excuses or promises from the seller to close the case early, and do not forget to escalate.

OP4 months agoI ordered it 20th may i guess it supposed to deliver on 24th may but the didn’t deliver me on time sent delivered it on 26th may
then i told her why not send my percal on time. He is so bad that don’t reply me so easily. I was waiting for long time he didn’t respond. Then the product quality is so bad i told him that am gonna return it give me return label then she lied to me that she sent it to the original package where i didn’t find it at all.
now he is not giving me the return label and also the money of mine.
i tried to talk with him so many time he didn’t respond my message. So please help me i need my money back
also it mentioned i need to return the product between 11th jun. Now if he don’t reply me or not giving me the return label how will i return it? Tell me???

Mentor4 months agoYou open a case the way I described above in my post.
You wait 3 full days and it is timed to the second from when you opened the case.
If there is no refund or the seller does not send a return postage label in those 3 days, you do not need to wait longer or ask the seller anymore questions, you escalate the case which means, you ask eBay to step in, and they will force the refund.
No need to message this seller, just stick with the case and the timelines.
