return for refund
Please can you help i have a open case against a purchase which they have asked me to return but i cant as the plate was assigned to a vehicle as was told i would get a replacement plate so cant remove due to being on vehicle that is all bent thats why i assigned to the vehicle

Mentor4 months agoSorry but if you have opened a case for a Not as described return, then seller is required to provide return label and on return refund in full.
That is how it works, and ebay does not allow exceptions.
In any case even if following the system, it is not wise to accept a replacement as you only get one case and if replacement was faulty then you could not return for a refund. Recommended way is get refund and buy again.

OP4 months agocan i close case and start again i had contact with seller saying he was going to send 1 but never every came and now ignore my contact

Mentor4 months agoOnce case is closed, it can't be reopened.
Unless you return item, ebay won't make seller refund you.
