Return for a refund
What can a buyer do when eBay have found in your favour and you have returned an item for a refund and the seller refuses to accept the returned item? There is no confirmation of return because of that and so eBay can't issue the refund.

Also ignore seller excuses.

Mentor10 months agoeBay used to accept attempted delivery as enough to issue refund. Have you tried contacting them direct? You can request a callback on here:

OP10 months agoAs soon as I get confirmation (at the moment it has bounced back from a
local delivery centre in Suffolk back to a hub in Manchester) I will take
that action.
Thanks again
