Return faulty item

Hi, I brought an item 3 months ago for company on eBay. It was an embroidery machine for my wife’s birthday which she opened at the start of the month and it has been faulty ever since but the Shop will not message me back and obviously I have rights.

Is it a business seller? No good asking about consumer rights unless you plan taking action when using your payment provider should work much faster.

Hi what about consumer rights? I thought that was at least six months.

It's too late for ebay but you have 120 days from date of payment to contact your payment provider and ask them about a refund or chargeback.
