Return faulty electrical good
Hi. I have an airfryer bought new from a small business on here. It has developed an electrical fault, potential fire risk, seller is not responding as i bought 10 months ago. Item has 12 month warranty. How do I get support from ebay to help return this item?

Mentor1 week agoHave you tried the manufacturer? It will no doubt be their warranty if you registered when you purchased the item.

Once ebay’s 30 day money back guarantee is over then they will not help in any way.

Mentor1 week ago · EditedI'm afraid it's too late to do anything about it on ebay. They only allow 30 days for claims and don't get involved with warranties. Payment providers only allow 120 days. If the value makes it worthwhile you could try the small claims court, now called money claim online. Also report the seller to Trading Standards if they're in the UK.
