return delivery avoidance
I bought a subwoofer from a seller but it arrived faulty, I opened a case and the seller did not reply within 3 working days and Ebay supplied a return postage label, so I sent the goods back but it seems he is avoiding having the goods delivered back to him, as Royal Mail can't get a reply at his address, I think he will leave the package at the sorting office and won't go to pick it up so that after 2 weeks they return it back to me, Ebay won't reimburse me until the goods have been returned to the sellers possession, which he is avoiding, what can I do?

Mentor6 months agoTracking only has to show as attempted delivery, so no good seller refusing to accept parcel.
As long as tracking shows attempted delivery, escalate to ebay to sort.
