My Mum has requested a dishwasher be returned via collection because obviously it's too heavy to take to the post office. EBay, however, street offering this option and charging more money for it is now repeatedly instructing that the dishwasher be taken to the post office. I can find no way to contact eBay to rectify this and find out why it has happened. I can't pick up a dishwasher and bloody eBay is all AI and no one to talk to. I'm desperate. The seller says user parcel monkey but then we don't get a refund via eBay because eBay doesn't know it's been returned.
