Return closed after i returned the item
I ordered a fancy hairdryer for my daughter for Christmas, they sent the wrong item. I contacted them and they raised a return. The item was too be collected by DPD but they never arrived. I contacted shark again and they reorganised the return. This time the item was collected. I've been waiting for my refund, however tonight eBay have messaged me to say the return is closed. I'm out over £100. I'm really worried and have spent over an hour going round and round the eBay app and website trying to contact them. Please help.

Mentor6 months agoYou needed to be able to enter tracking into the case to show ebay the item had been returned, then they could have helped you.
Now the case is closed you are going to have to chase the seller for the refund.
