Return case closed
The item i received is not as described so i contacted the seller they dillied and dallied i couldn’t find the link to open a case then suddenly ebay said return closed no explanation, what’s going on?

OP6 months agoHi, yes i started it after the 30 days so i spoke to ebay and they said that was the reason the case was closed even though i explained about the seller delaying his replies for days on end so time dragged out, he said try your paypal which i did and they said the same thing your over the 30 days🥴

Mentor6 months agoNever allow a seller to get you out of time. The link to the 30 day money back guarantee is on the right side of every listing.
It also seems to me it is not a good idea to pay by paypal as it is not a backup as it used to be. We would usually advise trying your payment provider, who mainly allow 180 days, but by using paypal, you are too late.
You can of course leave feedback, but be careful what you say to avoid seller being able to ask for removal.
