Return and refund been closed by seller
Hello, I need help with a return and refund request. I requested a return because the item I received is not as described and does not match the photos. The seller has rejected my return request and closed it without resolving the issue. I would like eBay to review the case and help me get a refund. I can provide photos and any other evidence you need. Please do not close the case until this issue has been properly reviewed

Mentor2 weeks agoLooks like you opened a normal return case, which private sellers can refuse.
Had you used not as described, it can't be refused.
You can't open another case now.
Try your payment provider.
