Return and refund
How do I get any response from ebay , i have logged a return but seller not answering, been 3 weeks now , trying to get ebay to help you just go round in circles and get no where just need return and refund
Anyone can help ?

You open a return case then if no response from seller after 3 days you escalate to ebay.
It is a good idea to read the instructions.

OPJul 13, 2026 at 5:55 PMYes that seems to be the issue I have just found out , although bought it end of April but didn't use it till June..so ebay cannot do anything, and now unable to leave feedback ,
