Return and Refund
Hello eBay Team, I hope you are well.
I purchased this product (Order Number: 19-13216-11285) from eBay, but unfortunately it was not as described. It stopped working in less than two months.
When I tried to return it through eBay, I could not see the return option, so I contacted the seller. The seller told me to keep the item packed and promised to send me a return label. However, even after 24 hours, I did not receive any label. I contacted the seller again, and they repeated the same response.
Now, it has been 14 days, but I still have not received any return label from the seller. I trusted eBay and purchased this expensive product, but it did not meet expectations and the seller is not cooperating.
I kindly request eBay to provide me with a return label or issue me a refund. I have also attached photos as proof.

It is very important to understand the limitations of ebay buyer protection, details are on every listing.

Mentor11 months agoEbay only provides protection under the money back guarantee for 30 days from delivery.
It sounds as if you were out of time when the item became faulty.
